Rates
The following rates are for weekly guests only. There is a maximum stay period of 3 weeks. After the 3rd week; it is mandatory that guests check-out or follow the leasing procedures. Rates vary with season and availability. Room sizes are not gauranteed.

$204 - Small Single Room
$225 - Medium Single Room
$249 - Large Single Room
$283 - Large Double Room
Deposit
There is a $50 deposit on all weekly reservations. This security deposit is held as a room and key deposit; but may also be applied to damages or fees related to The Sentient. If a guest loses their keys, it is a mandatory $25 fee for replacment.
All deposit's are fully refunded upon guest checkout once inspection concludes no missing or damaged items in room or premises.

No Pets Allowed
Late Check Out Policy
Unless prior arrangments are made; there is a Half-Day rental fee for guests that fail to checkout before 12pm (Noon) on scheduled checkout day.
3 Weeks Maximum Stay Policy
No weekly hotel guest will be allowed to extend past 3 Weeks without following proper leasing terms. Guests who refuse to sign or are declined must check out at the end of their 3rd week.
Overnight Guest Policy
Weekly Guests: There is a $10 per night charge for overnight guests. If you are aware that you will be having guests; please inform managment prior to their visit.
Monthly Guests: Monthly tenants are not to exceed rules of the San Francisco visitors policy. Those caught abusing this privelage will be subject to rental termination.
Early Checkout Policy
Must give office 24-hour advance notice for checkout earlier than scheduled check out date. Failure to do so will result in full charges for the agreed upon reservation.
Refund Policy
There is a '1 week minimum' requirement in order for guests to be eligible for any refunds. No refunds are given unless guest meets this mandatory 1 week period.
