The following rates are for Monthly Tenants only. All applicants must be approved in order to recieve our monthly rates.

PRICES INCLUDE ALL UTILITIES WITH THE EXCEPTION OF CABLE. ONCE APRROVED WITH 3 MONTH LEASE; TENANTS MAY BE ALLOWED TO GET OWN SERVICE. (NO DISHES or SATTELITES) THERE ARE NO TAXES APPLIED TO MONTHLY TENANTS
Unfurnished Rates
$750 - Small Single Room
$795 - Medium Single Room
$849 - Large Single Room
$899 - Large Double Room
Add $50 per month for furnishing.
Deposit
OPTION 1: Month to Month Lease = $300 deposit
OPTION 2: 3 Month Lease = $99 deposit
*NOTICE* The Sentient highly encourages guests to check in with us as a weekly guest to test out the living situation before commiting to long term. Weekly rates apply, but if you decide to apply for tennancy before the end of the "2nd week"; the weekly payments will be applied towards the amount due upon signing.
All rooms have the option to be furnished or unfurnished. There is a $50 per month furnishing fee Pet Policy
No Pets Allowed
All house rules and tenant/landlord rights will be followed and enforced as written by the laws of San Francisco
Overnight Guest Policy
Monthly Guests: Monthly tenants are not to exceed rules of the San Francisco visitors policy. Those caught abusing this privelage will be subject to rental termination.
